Luvée currently focuses on Royal Mail tracked delivery for United Kingdom customers.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. During launches, restocks or peak periods, processing can take slightly longer.

Delivery time

UK delivery is sent with Royal Mail tracked delivery where available and typically takes 7-14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, address issues, customs checks or local disruptions.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it by email. If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact support@buyluvee.com.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address before placing an order. If an order is returned or delayed because of an incorrect address, we will help where possible but cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfilment has started.
