Refund Policy

We want your Luvée order to arrive in good condition and match what you purchased.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting support@buyluvee.com. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a hygienic condition suitable for resale.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used cosmetic devices or items with a broken hygiene seal cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

UK cancellation rights

If you are a UK consumer, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. This right may not apply to sealed hygiene goods once unsealed after delivery.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or video. We will review the case and offer a replacement, refund or other remedy where appropriate.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
